PRICES DO NOT INCLUDES:
Deposit € 200.00 (to be paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure after checking the apartment).
Final cleaning  € 60,00 to be paid in cash. Kitchenette, refrigerator, dishes must be taken care and placed in the space, by the customer, otherwise will be charged an additional cost of € 50.00.
Kitchen towels.
Extra bed than those required € 5,00 per day
Bed unoccupied, € 150.00 total.
Garage (indoor parking) €5.00 pro day subject to availability. Outdoor not supervised parking free
The apartment will be delivered starting at 17.00 till 19.00 on the day of arrival, 
for arrivals after this time there will be an additional charge of Euro 50,00

and must be vacated by 9:00 am the day of departure
Tourist tax in addition (1.20 € per person per day) for a maximum of 10 days, free up to 14 years.
Animals are not admitted
